Commissions & Pricing
House Pricing
FC Room/Apartment - 10 mil
Small - 20 mil
Medium - 40 mil
Large - 60 mil
Gpose Studio Pricing
For studio commissions, the turnaround time may vary depending on the details of the request. If you would like to commission a gpose booth (or booths), it will be 3 mil per gpose booth produced.
I will ask for you to decide on how many booths you would like to have. Please bear in mind that the house size and furniture limit will put limitations on how many booths can realistically fit in the house.
Requests to integrate a gpose booth(s) into a proper housing build will be subject to a change in commission pricing. An example of this: Your ground floor is a house build, but your basement is a gpose studio.
Commission Info
When requesting a commission, I will typically ask for the following:
House size (Apt/FC Room, Small, etc.)
Housing Ward (Mist, Goblet, etc.)
Desired Style
Housing Walls Used
Disclaimers:
I create housing builds in Makeplace. When making a commission, I will work under the assumption that you are using Dalamud.
I do not create or provide furniture.
The more floorspace used in bigger houses, the less detailed I can be.
If there are furniture pieces you cannot obtain, please notify me. Some furniture may come from Doman Enclave, beast tribes, or gemstone vendors for example.
By default, I don't use any furniture that's from Mogstation. If there is furniture from Mogstation that you'd like me to use, please let me know.
Payment
When requesting a commission, I require a 50% down payment upon agreeing to move forward with a commission. Once I get confirmation that you are happy with the build, I will request the remaining payment. After I receive the full payment, I will send you both the build file and a shopping list.
Payments will be organized by me setting up a mannequin on Malboro, Crystal for you to buy an accessory from.
Console Player or Non-Dalamud Commissions
If you are a console player or someone that does not use Dalamud, I may be able to work with you on running the Makeplace file dependent on the housing you're wanting to commission for and the server that you are on. I have alts available in the following servers, also including whether or not I can put that alt in a fc.

Please keep in mind that these alts are not really levelled and there are some limitations on where I can go and what I can do with them.
About the decorator
I'm just another bun boy, playing the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV™. My journey into housing decorating began when my old, old FC mates wanted to build a nightclub/cafe combo in our FC house. Despite the craziness that was, decorating had become a hobby and a favorite thing of mine ever since. When I've run out of places to build in, I like to collect minions, run content, sow chaos with friends, and roleplay.
